Andy Hill
Hey, I’m Andy Hill — qualified sports nutritionist & fitness coach and dad. I wasn’t always “the healthy guy.” Work, iced coffees, late nights and big weekends had me pushing 100 kg.My mum’s one honest line "I think you starting to get a bit big Andy" was the circuit breaker. I tried the strict stuff (fasting, low-carb, rules galore) and learned the hard way it doesn’t last. What did? Simple foods, eating enough to fuel training, and building habits that survive busy weeks. I dropped 30 kg and kept it off.I also competed in CrossFit with my best finish being 295th in Australia. Now I am currently training to compete at nationals in Olympic Weightlifting in the 71kg weight class.I am extremely passionate about nutrition & performance in the gym and I believe in building habits that last not short term quick success that falls off.
